As an Eddie's Crew Member...

Responsibilities:

Satisfy customers by responding in a courteous, friendly manner, answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner and by suggesting menu items
Produce and prepare quality products in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining proper stock levels and having complete knowledge of the menu
Demonstrate team commitment by coming to work and arriving on time, maintaining a positive attitude with co-workers and customers, and consistently providing a neat, clean appearance and adhere to dress code guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe store by adhering to cleaning schedules and using proper cleaning agents and methods
Follow daily and nightly checklists per instruction
Perform other request or functions as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks at once & complete under time constraints
Ability to read and write in order to process customer orders and follow instruction
Work agreed-upon hours to facilitate a smooth store operation
Ability to provide weekly availability for weekday & weekend shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to understand and practice cleanliness and safety standards
Ability to work for several hours standing and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong communication skills
Demonstrate team orientation and interpersonal skills
Organized, multi-task oriented, responsible, energetic, proactive and resourceful
